We also offer complimentary group fitness activities such as Pilates, Yoga and morning walks by the Torba Bay throughout the summer. We also offer private yoga & Pilates lessons. A regular yoga and Pilates practice will create more balance, perspective, physical and mental focus, and vitality to every aspect of your life, while also offering support for your busy lifestyle.
Enjoy guided morning walks along the Torba Bay. They last approximately one hour, however can be longer if the group wants to keep going. It is a lovely way to see the local area, feel the sea breeze and start the day fresh.
